Ingredients
500g red cabbage
50g butter
1 jar of Baxters Redcurrant Jelly
25g sugar
125ml red wine
Zest of 1 orange
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
Quarter and cut out the heart of the cabbage, and then finely shred.
Put the cabbage in a buttered casserole dish and season.
Add the Redcurrant Jelly, orange zest, cinnamon and sugar and mix well.
Pour over the wine and cover with greaseproof paper and a tight-fitting lid.
Cook in a preheated oven at around 170°C for 1 hour.
