Quality Compliance Administrator

The successful candidate will act as a compliance administrator ensuring all records are maintained in accordance with the Food Safety Management system and support the site QA team through conducting audits in line with the internal audit schedule.

The role will also involve supporting the department in relation to improvement initiatives in relation to the Quality Management System, including the training out of new systems across the team members and other functions. The successful candidate will be diligent with excellent attention to detail, and internal audit training would be seen as an advantage or would be required to be completed.

European Commercial and Trade Finance Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the commercial viability of new product development is in line with company expectation as well as reporting on performance of new product launches. The European Commercial and Trade Finance Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring accurate set up and control of Trade Management deals between Baxters and their customers from a Finance perspective (managing the Finance system) as well as periodic reporting of Trade Management KPIs to senior stakeholders of the business.

Experience in the production of monthly management accounts and an understanding of balance sheets is required as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different departments. The successful candidate will also be self motivated with a proven track record of delivery under pressure to specific deadlines.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Buyer to join our European Procurement Team based at our Fochabers site.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify requirements & develop sourcing strategies to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, manage demand and mitigate risk across Baxters Food Group European Procurement.

We seek a Buyer with a minimum 6+ years professional working, 3+ in procurement environment. Experience in procurement of direct spend categories and commercial knowledge / basic contract law is a must and experience in a food industry is an advantage (e.g. vegetables, oils, packaging).

Have completed bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field with a deep understanding of sourcing and business processes and experience of contract negotiations is required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral – confident and effective communicator at all levels, whether informal discussion or formal presentations and a passion for continuous improvement - can confidently & independently lead an agenda & drive it forward. Advanced English, Polish is a plus.

Our exceptional Burntwood site are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate shall undertake general maintenance and installation within the company, complete planned day-to-day maintenance and cover the maintenance function for all the production areas.

The successful candidate must have a formal Engineering qualification, with experience with PLC equipment and packing machinery. 18th Edition Electrical Installation is ideal but not necessary. Experience within a food/beverage industry would also be preferred.
