We're looking for a Packaging Team Leader to join the team in our Manor Vinegar site. The ideal candidate will be joining a team of operatives to monitor automated equipment, ensuring processes are running smoothly. They'll work with the team to maintain efficient running of production lines and ensure packaging is completed to the correct specifications whilst supporting with visual inspections and removing defects from the line if required.
We are seeking a part-time Payroll Assistant to join our team in Fochabers.
The role will involve assisting with the checking of employee hours to ensure prompt and accurate upload to the payroll system, processing employee details and payroll adjustments as required, ensuring any relevant authorisations are in place, and ensure timely completion of weekly and monthly payrolls for sign off by Senior Management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Payroll processing both weekly and monthly payrolls with an online timesheet as well as experience of computerised payroll systems preferred, ideally Advanced Flexipay. A good understanding of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, deductions and autoenrollment is also essential.

We are seeking seasonal Hamper Assistants to join the team in Fochabers working 9:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday.
The role will involve receiving, checking, identifying, and storing stock into its appropriate location ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and acceptable quality, report any discrepancies regarding stock (quantities & damages), de-nesting pallets of luxury hamper boxes and assemble protective outer boxes.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for packing products into luxury hamper boxes following visual guidelines. Experience or knowledge of retail operations and customer service is desirable as well as exceptional attention to detail and good time management skills.

We are seeking a part time Receptionist to join our team in Fochabers, providing a switchboard and reception service for the Fochabers site and administration assistance as and when required. The successful candidate will be required to work Thursday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
The role will involve being the first point of contact for all internal and external visitors, ensuring they feel valued, the role will involve answering all incoming calls in a timely, professional and confident manner, directing calls as necessary. in finding the right information and directing customers in a professional manner.

We are looking for a part-time Cashier to join our Finance Team in Fochabers.
The main purpose of the role to compile the Europe cash forecast and provide accompanying reporting and analysis to support strong cash management, process payments for Europe, account for all banking cash inflows and outflows via Oracle whilst maintaining strong controls around all Europe bank accounts.
The successful candidate would have a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail, good numerical reasoning / analytical skills and good excel skills. Previous Accounts and Cashier experience is preferred but not essential.
