Worked with us since 2010

I began working for Baxters as a Development chef in 2010 working in the NPD department in Fochabers. I worked hands on in the kitchen with the team making new products. Since then my role has changed a lot. I now work with the marketing team in Edinburgh creating new conceptual products and looking for new areas the business could move into. This means I travel a lot and sample lots of exciting foods looking for inspiration to bring back to my kitchen. I think one of the great things about Baxters is that everyone has a passion for food and top of that list is Audrey. For many years working in restaurants I wanted to work for an owner who cared as much as I did. I have that at Baxters
