Soup

Cullen Skink

I've spent time perfecting this traditional, creamy, smoked haddock chowder recipe, a Scottish speciality inspired by the village of Cullen. The finest specially-selected haddock is smoked over wood chips in a local smokehouse to give this soup its distinct flavour. Scottish potatoes, onions and fresh Scottish double cream are then combined to make this uniquely special soup.
