Marinated Paneer Skewers

These marinated paneer skewers are a great alternative for your BBQ, lovely served with our Spicy Jalapeño Relish, and if needed, a cooling yoghurt dip too!

  • 4 wooden skewers (soaked in cold water for 1 hour)

    500g paneer

    1 large onion

    2 green pepper

    200ml yogurt

    30g ginger

    2 cloves garlic

    1 tbsp ground coriander

    1 tbsp ground cumin

    1 tbsp garam masala

    1 tsp turmeric

    1 jar of Baxters Spicy Jalapeño Chilli Relish

    20g coriander

    10g mint

Cut the paneer, onion and pepper into similar sized cubes.

Grate the ginger and garlic.

Mix the ginger and garlic with all of the other ingredients.

Add the paneer and veg to this mixture and leave to marinade overnight or for at least 30 minutes.

Thread onto skewers.

Cook over a hot BBQ or in the oven at 200°c until golden.

Serve with more Jalapeño Relish.
