Pack extra flavour and spice into your canapes with these fried cheesy balls of deliciousness!
200g Cream Cheese
250g Shredded Mozzarella
50g Fresh Breadcrumbs
1 Jar of Baxters Jalapeno Chilli Relish
3tbsp Sriracha Sauce, Salt and pepper
200g Panko Bread Crumbs
100g Plain Flour
400ml Oil for frying

In a large bowl mix the cheeses, ½ a jar of the relish, breadcrumbs and sriracha sauce. Mix well until everything is combined. Season and place in the fridge to firm up.
Once chilled, roll into equal sized balls or disks.
To coat, place the flour in a bowl, whisk the eggs in another, and place crumbs in another.
First coat the balls in flour, then transfer to the egg.
Completely coat in egg then shake off any excess and transfer to crumbs. Wash your hands to avoid becoming a sticky mess.
Now roll the balls around in the crumbs pressing lightly to ensure crumbs stick.
Fry the balls at 170°C until crisp and golden.
Serve hot with the rest of the relish as a dip.
