    100ml Greek yoghurt

    100ml olive oil

    2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

    5g smoked paprika

    10g mint

    10g parsley

    Salt & pepper

    Grilled flatbreads to serve

Grate the beets into a sieve over a bowl.

Leave to stand for 10 minutes to let the excess moisture drain off

In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients & season to taste

Serve with the warm flatbreads or with our Beetroot & Chickpea Koftas.
