Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure the correct packaging is always used along with the correct coding information.
- Ensure equipment is set correctly according to specific requirements. To be able to troubleshoot line issues and perform necessary adjustments.
- Ensure materials are of acceptable quality before and during use.
- Ensure finished product is of expected standard before release to despatch.
- To complete all relevant paperwork accurately
- To be flexible with working hours to meet the business needs.
- To be fully competent in working all aspects and stations of the packing line.
Key Characteristics
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Good interpersonal skills and professional team approach.
- A good level of mathematics and English.
- HACCP, GMP and CCP awareness.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy of work.
