  • Ensure the correct packaging is always used along with the correct coding information.
  • Ensure equipment is set correctly according to specific requirements. To be able to troubleshoot line issues and perform necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure materials are of acceptable quality before and during use.
  • Ensure finished product is of expected standard before release to despatch.
  • To complete all relevant paperwork accurately
  • To be flexible with working hours to meet the business needs.
  • To be fully competent in working all aspects and stations of the packing line.

Key Characteristics

  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Good interpersonal skills and professional team approach.
  • A good level of mathematics and English.
  • HACCP, GMP and CCP awareness.
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy of work.
