Main Accountabilities
- Administration – Manage the administration to ensure functionality of the commercial activities. Completing new line forms for products and customers. Performing credit safe checks for new and existing customers. Creating and participation in quarterly Employee Consultative Committee
- Accounting and Record Keeping: Review and approve trade spend invoices ahead of finance processing through SAGE. Generate and record barcodes.
- Finish Product Costings: calculating the final cost of goods produced.
- Reporting: S&OP module maintenance for manual entry of weekly sales, updating new lines when applicable
- Payroll and Expenses – Preparation of monthly payroll ensuring accuracy of information and credit card expense reconciliation. Review weekly Time Management system.
- Compliance – Administer and completion of Plastic Packaging Tax and Packaging Waste Returns (PRN).
- Budgeting and Forecasting – Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.

Person Specification
- Proven ability to manage administrative processes accurately and efficiently
- Proven knowledge of commercial cost accounting and principles (retail trade management)
- Master data maintenance experience
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prepare and present reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy office setting
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
- Confident using computerised systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
