tomato, shallot and mushroom pasta sauce
Inspired by my most recent culinary tour of Italy, I have created this delicious pasta sauce. Extra virgin olive oil, shallots, plum tomatoes and porcini mushrooms are combined with parsley
and oregano and finished with black truffle oil. Combine this delicious sauce with freshly cooked pasta and serve with grated parmesan and basil leaves.
