Strawberry Conserve with Elsanta Strawberries
Using local fruit from the Gordon Estate in Fochabers, my family began making preserves in 1868. Today these preserves blend the best fruit varieties to deliver a deep premium fruit flavour, made to classic Baxter’s family recipes.

Sugar, Strawberries (49%, of which 32% Elsanta), Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin).
Prepared with 49g of fruit per 100g.
