Using local fruit from the Gordon Estate in Fochabers, my family began making preserves in 1868. Today these preserves blend the best fruit varieties to deliver a deep premium fruit flavour, made to classic Baxter’s family recipes.
Ingredients
Sugar, Scottish Victoria Rhubarb (50%), Stem Ginger, Ginger Puree, Citric Acid, Natural Colour (Anthocyanin), Gelling Agent (Pectin).
Prepared with 55g of fruit per 100g.
