Using local fruit from the Gordon Estate in Fochabers, my family began making preserves in 1868. Today these preserves blend the best fruit varieties to deliver a deep premium fruit flavour, made to classic Baxter’s family recipes.

Sugar, Raspberries (55%, of which 14% Glen Ample), Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, Citric Acid, Concentrated Lime Juice, Gelling Agent (Pectin).
Prepared with 55g of fruit per 100g.
