Inspired by my most recent culinary tour of Italy, I have created this delicious pasta sauce. Extra virgin olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes and flame roast peppers are married with fresh
garlic, thyme leaves and ground black pepper. Combine this delicious sauce with freshly cooked pasta and serve with grated parmesan and basil leaves.
