hand baked oatcakes
These traditional recipe oatcakes are made with the very finest Scottish oatmeal, and are hand-baked in small batches for a lovely, slightly toasted, nutty flavour. Traditionally served with cheese, I also love to serve them with pate, or with some of my favourite preserves.
