Slow Cooked Oxtail with Red Wine
This British classic is my no-compromise take on a real family favourite. The oxtail in this recipe is slow cooked to make it beautifully tender. It’s then cooked in a rich stock with red wine & a selection of root vegetables & herbs, for an extra special oxtail soup!
