This British classic is my no-compromise take on a real family favourite. The oxtail in this recipe is slow cooked to make it beautifully tender. It’s then cooked in a rich stock with red wine & a selection of root vegetables & herbs, for an extra special oxtail soup!

Water, Red Wine (5.5%), Oxtail Meat (5.5%) Carrots, Potatoes, Beef (3%), Wheatflour, Concentrated Tomato Paste, Onions, Cornflour, Yeast Extract, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Sea Salt, Malt Extract (from barley), Molasses, Parsley, Onion Puree, Tamarind Paste, Cloves, Ginger Extract, Garlic Extract, Herbs and Spices.
