cherry tomato and herb pasta sauce
Inspired by my most recent culinary tour of Italy, I have created this delicious pasta sauce. A classic recipe of cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and shallots is finished with the addition of thyme, basil and oregano. Combine this delicious sauce with freshly cooked pasta and serve with grated parmesan and basil leaves.
