We have been making preserves since 1868, when George Baxter and his wife Margaret set up our family business making jam with local fruit from the Gordon Estate in Fochabers. Today our preserves are still based on these classic family recipes, and made by blending the best fruit varieties to create a deep and rich fruit flavour.
