Broccoli & Stilton with Smoked Ayrshire Bacon
For me this soup is one of the true luxuries of life. The full-bodied blue stilton is set off beautifully by the pieces of smoked Ayrshire bacon - it's a subtle balance to achieve but our chef has done it perfectly. A real creamy indulgence.
