Highland Game with Cask Aged Sherry
Based on my grandmother’s recipe, I set out to create the ultimate game soup. The intense flavour of the highland estate venison is complimented with the rich & deep flavours of hare, wood pigeon, pheasant & game stock. It’s then enriched with a generous splash of cask aged sherry. A truly indulgent experience that shouldn’t be missed!
