Based on my grandmother’s recipe, I set out to create the ultimate game soup. The intense flavour of the highland estate venison is complimented with the rich & deep flavours of hare, wood pigeon, pheasant & game stock. It’s then enriched with a generous splash of cask aged sherry. A truly indulgent experience that shouldn’t be missed!

Water, Game (15% in varying proportions), (Venison, Hare, Woodpigeon, Pheasant), Onions, Carrots, Mushrooms, Cornflour, Sherry (3%), Venison Liver (2.5%), Swede, Celery, Yeast Extract, Butter, Concentrated Tomato Paste, Sea Salt, Caramelised Sugar, Stabiliser (Polyphosphates), Garlic Purée, Sugar, Malt Extract (from barley), Vegetable Extracts, Mixed Peppers, Beef Extract, Potato Maltodextrin, Concentrated Onion, Herbs and Spices, Spice Extracts (with celery), Niacin.
