Inspired by the best culinary traditions of Italy, this delicious mushroom pasta sauce has been prepared with extra virgin olive oil, shallots, plum tomatoes and Porcini mushrooms, combined with parsley and oregano and finished with black truffle oil. Serve with pasta and a hunk of oven fresh ciabatta.
