A lot of care and skill goes into the making of this unique sweet potato and lentil soup. Just selecting the perfect blend of herbs and spices takes time. We chose ginger, cumin and mustard seeds. Then, along with garlic, blended them with sweet potato, ripe tomatoes, chillies and coriander.  A final generous helping of chana dahl lentils and chickpeas create a warming flavoursome experience.
