We started out with a good spicy tomato soup recipe then added a few twists. The result is a wonderful spicy tomato soup with the added delights of long grain rice, juicy sweetcorn and complemented with mild spices. This exotic marriage of fine ingredients is delicious, filling and a good source of fibre; essential in maintaining a healthy digestive system.
