Spanish Chorizo, Bean and Ham Soup

 

A wonderfully authentic chorizo soup from Audrey Baxter, inspired by the culinary traditions of Spain.  Made from a base of chorizo with the aroma of smoked paprika and smoked ham.  Then simmered with tender kidney and cannellini beans, smoked garlic and chilli.  A typically rustic soup, best enjoyed with warm crusty bread.
