First, we slow-cook the oxtail to make sure it’s beautifully tender. Then, when the time is just right, we add a rich, savoury stock. To this we add red wine and a wonderful selection of root vegetables and herbs for an extra special oxtail soup! It remains the old classic family favourite but now with a deliciously indulgent twist.
