Our strawberry conserve recipe is an Audrey Baxter favourite.  The sweetest hand-picked strawberries from Perthshire in Scotland are carefully cooked to a family recipe to create the tastiest and fruitiest strawberry conserve. It’s an extra special jam with a deliciously intense flavour, that’s equally at home on breakfast toast or afternoon scones.
