An old favourite made with carrots, cauliflower, gherkins, apples and crisp tiny onions, all coated with an intense, dark spicy sauce. As a finishing touch we flavour with fresh ginger, garlic and cloves. No ploughman’s lunch should ever be without this Pickle. Delicious with mature cheese and crusty bread.
