Minestrone with Wholewheat Pasta Soup
Our Minestrone with Wholewheat Pasta soup is brimming with tomatoes, peppers and wholemeal pasta. This traditional and authentic Italian recipe is both low in fat and deeply satisfying. The combination of carbohydrates and vegetables provide a source of sustained energy. We took tomatoes, peppers and wholegrain pasta, simmered them with onions, oregano and basil and added just a hint of honey. So like our other healthy recipes, its maxi on taste, protein and fibre, but mini on the other stuff; less than three percent fat.
