This is a very special and authentic minestrone soup. It’s made from the best ingredients we could find and is packed full of goodness. A wonderful and colourful selection of the finest vegetables is blended with fragrant basil and Parmigano-Reggiano for a rich Mediterranean flavour. We also use whole wheat pasta as a healthier alternative to white.
