Hot Autumn Plum Chutney

We’ve taken freshly harvested plums, combined them with California raisins, sultanas, dates and apples. We finally added a contrasting bite of red chilli and aromatic cinnamon. The result is a triumph of contrasting flavours that adds a kick to just about everything, from cold meats to cheeses and is particularly splendid with succulent barbequed sausages.
