You don’t have to be a Highlander to enjoy our Highlanders Broth, all you need is a good appetite and a soup spoon at the ready. One of our most traditional recipes dating right back to1929, Highlanders Broth is packed full with specially selected tender cuts of beef, lamb and a variety of vegetables including pearl barley for a deliciously warm and filling meal. Perfect after a walk in the hills!
