At Baxters we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality and best tasting beetroot. To avoid imperfections, we select each beet not once but twice. Firstly at source and finally hand selected by our experienced team at Baxters. If it isn’t the pick of the crop, we don’t pick it. We then gently steam in small batches and preserve it using a special sweet vinegar recipe made from 100% British barley to preserve its truly delicious taste.
