We created and tasted over fifty different recipes to ensure we delivered a really tasty Cream of Mushroom soup. Made from fresh Scottish double cream, butter, finely chopped mushrooms and onions, it’s a classic everyday favourite!

    Ladle our Cream of Mushroom soup into a warm soup bowl and top with freshly chopped flat leafed parsley and crispy croutons. To make your own croutons, try frying small cubes of bread in olive oil and popping them in the oven for 10 minutes.
