Crab Bisque with Roast Tomato & Basil

The fresh taste of the sea captured in a bowl! Hand-selected Atlantic crab meat is cooked in a rich, natural fish stock with succulent slow roast tomatoes, balsamic vinegar of Modena and finished with basil and a dash of Pastis. It's a substle balance of flavours to achieve but our chef has done this perfectly.
