Chipotle, Bean and Chilli Chutney

This Mexican inspired chutney combines red peppers and smoked red jalapeño pepper sauce with pinto beans, tomatoes, vinegar and garlic and is finished off with a sprinkling of coriander and oregano. Delicious served with nachos or fajitas, sour cream and cheese. Excellent on grilled beef burgers with crunchy salad.
