Our Chicken and Vegetable soup is deliciously filling, and yet low in fat. We combine protein from the chicken, vitamins from the vegetables and fibre from the beans in this delicious soup. Of course, low fat doesn’t mean low in ingredients; in fact eleven different vegetables go into our recipe for this winter warmer.
