    Our Beef Consomme is a wonderfully flavoured, clear and silky-textured soup. To add a contrasting ‘crunch’, we suggest you serve it with large croutons. To make your own croutons fry some cubes of bread in olive oil and bake in a hot oven till nice and crunchy.
