Our foodhall is modern, bright and has a wide range of gourmet food products from around the world. Along side is the Dramming Bar with one of the largest specialist malt ranges offered for sale in Scotland. In addition to all this visitors are invited to taste a variety of products, from specialist chocolate in The Chocolate Parlour to tasting what Baxters is most famous for, speciality soups, in The Baxters Hub. There is also a deli counter, coffee and ice-cream bar and a cookshop.

Textiles and Gifts are also available at our new store with leading cashmere and clothing brands such as Pringle and Lochcarron and exclusive gifts and jewellery on offer.

The restaurant and café cater for all tastes – from those making a quick stop or those wishing to stay a little bit longer. A double height glazed seating area provides an informal dining for visitors and comfortable seating in an ar ea with a lowered ceiling provides a more intimate space for visitors to relax over a meal.
