Audrey Baxter
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Following a successful career as a Merchant Banker in London, Audrey returned to the family business in 1988 and rose through the ranks to her current appointment, Chairman and Chief Executive, of W A Baxter & Sons Ltd. Since taking on this role, the company has grown by more than 50 percent, with turnover this year reaching £115m. Audrey and her brother, Andrew, represent the fourth generation to own/manage Baxters and she plays a key role in expanding and directing the business in the UK and overseas markets. She is passionate about food and the quality of all products produced in Baxters’ growing number of factories. Audrey has travelled the world extensively and, although she still enjoys travel, she prefers to spend time at home with her family.

Bill King - Chief Operating Officer
Bill King joined Baxters in 2002 as Supply Chain Director from Seagram Spirits and Wine Group, where he held the position of European Supply Chain Director. In November 2005, Bill assumed the remit for Operations in addition to Supply Chain responsibilities. Bill was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in August 2006 and now has full responsibility for Baxters' manufacturing plants located in the UK, Canada and Poland. Bill is married with three children and divides his time between Fochabers and his home town of Glasgow.

Jim Hepburn - Group Finance Director
Jim Hepburn joined Baxters in November 2004 as Group Finance Director from Scottish and Newcastle. In addition to this role, Jim also has responsibility for MIS, Strategy, Legal and International. Jim is married to Rosemarie and has two daughters and a son. His eldest daughter is currently at University.

Andy Mutton - UK Sales Director
Andy has been with Baxters Food Group for 6 years. He has had extensive sales experience during his career, having filled various roles at Kraft, Bendicks of Mayfair and the New Zealand Dairy Board. Andy lives in Oxfordshire with his wife Marie and their 4 children, and is responsible for all UK and Ireland sales.

Nic Wheater - Projects and Innovation Director
Nic joined Baxters in September 1998 as Business Unit Manager for our Speyside Factory from Nestle. In July 2001, Nic was promoted to Production Director and was responsible for operations at our Fochabers and Grimsby factories. Following the acquisition of a manufacturing plant in Canada, Nic undertook a secondment as President. He returned to the UK in 2006 to take on his present role of Special Projects and Innovation Director. Nic is married to Jane and has one son, Jake.

Alan Dickson - Retail and E-tailing Director
Alan Dickson joined Baxters in February 2005. During his retail career he has worked in most retail categories including department stores, high street multiples and leisure retailing both in the UK and overseas markets. With over 30 years of retailing experience, Alan plans to continue to grow our retailing business and deliver the strategy for E-Commerce. Alan is married with two sons and has one granddaughter.
