rich chocolate and scotch orange tart with lemon curd ice-cream
Serves 4
Ingredients
(for the tarts)
4 pre baked sweet pastry cases (shop bought or homemade)
1 pouch Audrey Baxter Chocolate Sauce
4 Tsp Audrey Baxter Scotch Orange Marmalade
180g fresh or frozen raspberries (for the ice cream)
120g Audrey Baxter Lemon Curd
150g Crème Fraiche
250g Natural yoghurt (Full Fat)
(for the tarts)
4 pre baked sweet pastry cases (shop bought or homemade)
1 pouch Audrey Baxter Chocolate Sauce
4 Tsp Audrey Baxter Scotch Orange Marmalade
180g fresh or frozen raspberries (for the ice cream)
120g Audrey Baxter Lemon Curd
150g Crème Fraiche
250g Natural yoghurt (Full Fat)
Method
Paint the inside of the tartlet cases with a little of the melted chocolate and leave to set, spread a tsp of marmalade inside each tart. Scatter a few raspberries in each tart and pour in the melted chocolate sauce. Place in the refrigerator to set.
To make the ice-cream, whisk all the ingredients together and place in the freezer.
Stir frequently until you have the required texture.
Dust your tarts with icing sugar and top with a scoop of delicious ice-cream.
Could also be served with my yummy vanilla sauce!
