Layered Fruity Dessert with Baxters Rhubarb & Ginger Conserve

This impressive quick and easy recipe, naturally sweetened with our traditional Rhubarb and Ginger Conserve, is the perfect end to any meal.

Baxters Approved Layered Fruity Dessert with Baxters Rhubarb & Ginger Conserve image

Method

  1. Remove the stalks from the berries and wash them.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese with the crème fraîche. Then fold in the jar of Baxters Rhubarb and Ginger Conserve.
  3. Take 4 glasses and place a third of the mascarpone mix in the glass. Add a third of the fruits. Repeat the process another two times and finish with some berries on top.

  • This Summer dessert is so simple and delicious. My friends loved it and asked for the recipe. For a lower calorie version I used more low fat creme fraiche and less mascarpone!
