Layered Fruity Dessert with Baxters Rhubarb & Ginger Conserve
This impressive quick and easy recipe, naturally sweetened with our traditional Rhubarb and Ginger Conserve, is the perfect end to any meal.
- Remove the stalks from the berries and wash them.
- In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese with the crème fraîche. Then fold in the jar of Baxters Rhubarb and Ginger Conserve.
- Take 4 glasses and place a third of the mascarpone mix in the glass. Add a third of the fruits. Repeat the process another two times and finish with some berries on top.
