Lamb Kebabs with Baxters Mint Sauce
Simply serve with our famous Mint Sauce.
- Slice the onion, crush the garlic and bruise the mint and add to a bowl.
- Add the oil and lamb pieces and leave to marinate overnight (if you don’t have time, marinate for 2 hours).
- Using the skewers, spike each piece of meat alternately with red onion and peppers. Grill or BBQ for around 5 minutes, turning regularly, to give you nicely charred meat on the outside with juicy pink on the inside.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes and serve with Baxters Mint Sauce.
