Homemade Iced Dessert With Baxters Marmalade
Baxters Thick Cut Seville Orange Marmalade and malt whisky iced dessert is a light and tangy way to end your meal (but, of course, can be enjoyed at any time!)
- Whisk the Baxters Seville Orange Marmalade, malt whisky, crème fraîche and natural yoghurt together and place into an ice cream maker and churn until frozen. Transfer to freezer until needed.
- If you don’t have an ice cream machine, you can place the mixing bowl in the freezer and whisk frequently until you have the ice cream texture.
- Serve with candied orange peel, fresh mint and your choice of berries, if desired.
