Homemade Beefburgers with Baxters Red Pepper & Jalapeño Chutney

Baxters Approved Homemade Beefburgers with Baxters Red Pepper & Jalapeño Chutney image

Method

  1. Mix together the beef, onion, Baxters Tomato Chutney, breadcrumbs, egg, chilli, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape into patties using your hands or a burger press. Try and keep them the same size.
  3. Cook under a preheated grill (or a BBQ in summer) for 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. Serve in ciabatta with salad and a spoonful of Baxters Red Pepper and Jalapeño Chutney or alternatively try a tsp. of Baxters Jalapeño Jelly.
