Homemade Beefburgers with Baxters Red Pepper & Jalapeño Chutney
These succulent burgers are perfect with our lively Red Pepper and Jalapeño Chutney.
- Mix together the beef, onion, Baxters Tomato Chutney, breadcrumbs, egg, chilli, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into patties using your hands or a burger press. Try and keep them the same size.
- Cook under a preheated grill (or a BBQ in summer) for 3-4 minutes each side.
- Serve in ciabatta with salad and a spoonful of Baxters Red Pepper and Jalapeño Chutney or alternatively try a tsp. of Baxters Jalapeño Jelly.
