Crêpes with Baxters Strawberry Conserve

Baxters Approved Crêpes with Baxters Strawberry Conserve image


  1. Whisk the water, eggs and flour in a bowl until smooth. Allow the batter to rest at room temperature for 1 hour to thicken slightly.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan and add a little of the oil. Pour in a small ladleful of the batter and spread evenly.
  3. Cook for 30 seconds and then flip over for a further 10 seconds. Transfer to a warmed plate, cover with greaseproof paper and keep warm while you make the rest of the crêpes. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
  4. To serve, place the crêpes on a flat surface and spread each with 1 tbsp. of the Baxters Strawberry Conserve. Fold each crêpes into quarters and serve.
