Baxters Beetroot Chutney and Prosciutto Canapés

These delicious little nibbles of Prosciutto are enhanced by our Beetroot, Apple and Horseradish Chutney.

Baxters Approved Baxters Beetroot Chutney and Prosciutto Canapés image

Method

  1. Lay out the Audrey Baxter’s Signature Cocktail Oatcakes on a tray.
  2. Cut the slices of ham in half lengthways and fold into rosettes that will sit nicely on the oatcakes.
  3. Spoon around half a teaspoon of the Baxters Beetroot, Apple and Horseradish Chutney onto each oatcake. Place the ham on top of the chutney.
  4. Then crumble the cheese and place a piece on each oatcake and garnish with a sprig of dill.
