Baxters Beetroot Chutney and Prosciutto Canapés
These delicious little nibbles of Prosciutto are enhanced by our Beetroot, Apple and Horseradish Chutney.
- Lay out the Audrey Baxter’s Signature Cocktail Oatcakes on a tray.
- Cut the slices of ham in half lengthways and fold into rosettes that will sit nicely on the oatcakes.
- Spoon around half a teaspoon of the Baxters Beetroot, Apple and Horseradish Chutney onto each oatcake. Place the ham on top of the chutney.
- Then crumble the cheese and place a piece on each oatcake and garnish with a sprig of dill.
