Bacon and Brie toasted sandwich with Baxters Cranberry Sauce
An everyday snack, made special with our Cranberry Sauce.
- Grill the bacon until crisp. Meanwhile slice the Brie thinly and lightly toast the bread.
- When the bacon is crisp put the Brie on top of the bacon and melt under the grill.
- Spread the toast with the Baxters Cranberry Sauce and top with the bacon and Brie and cut into triangles. Serve hot.
