I've made an error with some of the delivery details on my order – what can I do?
Simply give our Mail Order team a ring on 0800 186800 between the hours of 9.00 and 5.30 Monday to Friday or email using our Contact Us facility and we'll change it for you as long as it has not already been despatched.
What delivery methods do you use?
Our courier is DHL and they undertake to deliver within 3 working days and obtain a signature on delivery.
Do you deliver at weekends?
Unfortunately it is not possible to request a delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Our arrangement with DHL is for deliveries between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday.
Do you deliver hampers internationally?
Our web site shows those countries where we deliver. If the country you wish to send your order to does not appear on our web site please contact our Mail Order department either by using our Contact Us facility or by telephoning 0800 186800 between the hours of 9.00 and 5.30 Monday to Friday.
Each country has its own laws concerning food and alcohol items that can be imported. Some countries' laws are very stringent indeed and for this reason we do not deliver to USA, Canada, New Zealand or Australia.
Delivery charges vary widely also.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes you may include a personalised message with each of your hampers by simply filling in the message box when prompted. If you are sending more than one hamper, you will need to complete a message box for each one but if you wish the message to be the same, you can simply copy and paste the message into the message box each time.
Can I specify a delivery time?
We are unable to specify an exact delivery date or time. When you place your order you will be asked for a preferred delivery date and we will aim to deliver between Monday and Friday during the week following your preferred delivery date.
As we arrange deliveries during office hours of 8am - 8pm, it is possible that the recipient is likely to be working so why not ask for the gift to be delivered to their work. This way you will be sure to catch them.
What happens when the recipient is not in?
If the recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, DHL will leave a card requesting that the recipient contact DHL on the number provided on the card to arrange an alternative date for delivery.

I have a Promotional Code, how do I enter it?
You will be prompted to enter it in the checkout section and the value will be automatically deducted from your total when you make your payment.
Promotional Code terms of use will vary but typically can be used only once per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
Do you provide tracking?
We do not, at present, provide an automatic tracking service through our web site.
To track your delivery through the DHL you first need a consignment number. To obtain this please contact us once your despatch date has been reached, by using our Contact Us facility or by telephoning Mail Order on 0800 186800 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 and 5.30.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Is the site secure?
We understand how important online security is. Your credit card details are deleted from our system once your payment has been debited. Additionally, we will not pass on your personal details to a third party.
What will you do with my email address – I don’t want to receive more junk mail?
We will not pass on your personal details to a third party. However as a valued customer we, at Baxters, would like to contact you to advise you of promotional offers or news that we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information from us, please advise us and we will remove your details from our mailings.
I have many different delivery addresses, what is the quickest way to enter these?
You will need to enter each delivery address separately line by line. "Your Account" allows you to save and store addresses that you will be using often.
Can you combine parcels to one delivery address?
You can send as many parcels to any single delivery address as you wish. Each parcel is treated as a separate item and delivery will be charged as such.
