Christmas Delivery
Christmas orders must be placed no later than 14th December to ensure delivery by Christmas.Delivery Information
We use DHL to deliver in the UK and Europe.
Please allow 8 - 10 working days for your order to be delivered.
Delivery charges are per hamper. Supermarket orders are charged per box of up to 36 items.
Delivery charges vary depending on destination:
- Mainland UK – All items - £7.95
- Northern Ireland – All items - £12.50
- Highlands & Islands – All items - £11.25
- Zone 1 – Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Channel Islands
- Zone 2 – France, Germany
- Zone 3 – Austria, Italy, Portugal,Spain, Switzerland
- Zone 4 – Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden
- Zone 5 - Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia

Order Information
We assure customers that their credit card number will be securely encrypted during transmission, and Baxters will hold them safely and confidentially, and will use them only as necessary for authorized transactions. UK customers may also use this Free Phone number: 0800 186 800 Whilst the contents of each hamper or selection are listed, such contents should be regarded as representative, and purchasers should be aware that individual items will be substituted according to availability or season. Certain items may be excluded dependent on destination. Permitted goods to an equivalent value will be substituted. Where we are allowed to deliver products containing alcohol, they must only be ordered and delivered to persons legally permitted to do so by the local licensing regulations. Overseas orders: Alcohol can be contained within the Hampers and Gifts and may be liable to Customs Control at the Port of entry. All charges are listed and charged in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. For our UK delivery VAT is included at the rate applicable.Corporate Enquiries

Please be aware that while we are delighted to help you with any enquiries by email to hampers@baxters.co.uk, we strongly advise you not to send your credit card details or any other sensitive information in an email. Emails are not secure when sent over the Internet and can be read by anyone while in transit across the various computer networks involved. For example, malicious users scan the network for likely looking digit groups in email traffic, such as the sixteen-digit card number, and are easily able to harvest credit card information sent in this way. We will not be held responsible for any misuse of your card information if you send this information in an email, as we have no control over what happens to your information while it is in transit to us. Using our secure online ordering facility is very different, as your information is encrypted both ways by our secure server.
